  7. Dry flour dust karein aur roti bail lain.
  8. Tawa garam karein aur baili hoi roti tawa per dal dain. Flame ko medium low mar dain is se crispy paratha banaye ga.
  9. Thori dair bad spatula se side change kar dain.
  10. Ab ghee/oil laga ke dono trf se cook karein on low flame.
  11. Jab acha se crispy paratha cook ho jye tawa se utar lain.
