  2. In a plate add chhena, flour,milk powder, baking powder, baking soda. Mash well. Make dough.
  3. Make balls and keep aside covered with wet cloth. In a bowl add sugar and 1.5 cups of water and let sugar dissolve. After 2 minutes add lemon slice. Heat oil and ghee slightly. In low flame add chhena balls.
  4. Fry till golden brown. Add to sugar syrup. Soak for 2 hours. Sprinkle chopped cashew nuts and almond.
