  1. Prepare 5 kg milk
  2. Take 1/2 kg gajar
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup rice

  1. Gajer ko cursh kar le milk ko garam kar ke as may gajer add kar de or cook karein medium flame pe 20 se 30 mins.
  2. Phir as may rice ko dho kar or 10 mint bhego kar wo bi as may add kar ke cook karein 30…40mint tak.jab garra hone lage to as may sugar add kar ke cook karein jab sub cheezein achi tarah gari ho jay to dish out karein
  3. Decorate with almonds
