  6. Prepare 1 tsp kuti mirch
  7. Take 1 tsp safaid zeera
  8. Get 1 tsp ajwain
  9. Get oil for deep frying

Onion gives tangy taste with Besan. Chicken pakora is a beautifully spiced, flour coated and deep fried tiny bite sized boneless chicken fritters. The flour coating is of besan (chickpea or gram flour) and rice flour. The real crispness come from rice flour.

  1. Tamam masale baisen m add karein
  2. Pani dal kar baisen phent le
  3. Pyaz green chilli aloo cut kar lein and baisen m add karein
  4. Oil garam kar ke pakore fry karen
  5. Chutney ke saath serve karein

The flour coating is of besan (chickpea or gram flour) and rice flour. The real crispness come from rice flour. And, it is tender, juicy and oh so flavourful within.
