  1. Soak the sabudana for 6 hours with adequate water.
  2. Boil the potato and mash it after deskinning it.
  3. Mix the potato with sabudana.
  4. Add all the spices chopped coriander green chilli and groundnut powder.
  5. Take some ghee in an apple pan makes small ball size Vada.
  6. Cook it in appe pan rolling every few seconds.
  7. The procedure is laborious but the Vada is not deep fried and hence healthier.
  8. Serve it with curd and groundnut chutney.
