  4. Bring the edges to centre and make a ball covering stunning.
  5. Roll it round. Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden. Shallow fry till crispie golden from both sides. Like wise make all the parathas.
  6. Serve hot with butter.
