  3. Add pinch of baking soda in it. Add 1 tbsp ghee in it. Switch off the flame. Add sesame seeds in it. Mix it properly. Grease smooth stone surface put mixture on it. Roll it out thinly. Cut it in square pieces.
  4. Cool down it completely.once cooled store in air tight container. Delicious Chikki is ready.
