Transfer mixture to a parchment paper. You may also a plate/baking pan which has been greased well. I just prefer rolling this between two sheets of parchment paper, makes it so easy. First dry roast the peanuts into a pan on low flame for few minutes. Keep them out in a plate to cool and remove their skin.
