Indien de saus niet goed dikt kan je een beetje bloem toevoegen. - Verwarm ondertussen de oven voor: 180°C elektrisch, 160°C hetelucht
  5. Schenk de saus over de gehaktballetjes in de ovenschotel en meng de helft van de peterselie erdoorheen. Snij de mozarella in stukjes en verdeel te over de ovenschotel. Geraspte kaas is optioneel maar lekker! Bak ca. 20 min in de oven tot de balletjes gaar zijn en de mozarella gesmolten is.
  6. Serveer bestrooid met de overige peterselie. - Tip van het origineel boekje: eten met geroosterd brood, augurken en dun gesneden rode ui.
