In a large mixing bowl, combine peach syrup mixture, cake mix, eggs and oil. Run a knife around side and center tube of pan. Cut cake into three horizontal layers. Place bottom layer on a serving plate; spread with a third of the cream mixture.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  4. Remove from the tin and allow to cool completely - I dusted mine with some icing sugar before serving
